YOU MATTER

Hello, everyone! Let's talk about mental health for a moment. By the way, I'm not an expert, but everyone has gone through something in their lives and gained valuable experiences as a result.

Every now and then, I face anxiety attacks. I'm unemployed, I've had a heartbreak, and I'm dealing with several other issues in my life. Almost every night, I have nightmares. And there are some people in my life who tell me not to overthink the situation. And some say, "You are not the only one going through this alone, and there are many people in worse situations than yours." God bless everyone who is going through this, but God bless even more those who judge everyone and convince them that their problem is minor, that they don't need to overthink it, and that they must remain calm.

Maybe my problem isn't as big for them because they're dealing with something worse. But no matter how minor your issue is, it will be significant because it is minor for everyone else but significantly larger for you.

You go through your pain, heartbreaks, health issues, and family issues alone, and then these people appear out of nowhere and start giving you advice even before stepping into your shoes and walking at least a mile to experience a little of what you are going through right now.

It is easy for all of us to pass judgement on others, but what we lack is 'understanding,' because we never try to understand others and their situations or problems before passing judgement on them like a robot.

It is, indeed, the dreadful truth!

Listen to me, you matter, and your everything matters, because you all contribute to this world in some way, and if you can overcome all the bad, we can all overcome the worst.

What you need to do is start believing in yourself, in your instincts and your calculations of your situation. Don't rely on others to solve your problems because they may mock you or pass harsh judgement on you.

And if someone is depressed, don't make them feel worse by saying hurtful things. If you can't bring them happiness, don't bring them any more pain.

Everyone has different ways of dealing with problems, and we must respect their choices as long as they do not harm others.

You don't have to feel burdened because you aren't, and it's okay to be sad and cry as long as you don't feel good, but it's not okay to shut down your own emotions because you're worried about what people will say if you're sad for too long. It's okay not to be okay.

You will have a bad day, even a terrible day, and there will be days when you are tired of everything and want to do nothing, but that does not mean the end of your story or your life. Your life will be counted as long as you are breathing.

But I'd like to point out that "happiness has no meaning if you've never been sad." You don't have to be happy all of the time, and you don't have to be sad all of the time, because the sun will rise again, the moon will shine again, and so will you.

Keep holding on to your last hope, and you'll see the magic that life has in store for you.
